Upscale Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, and cleanout services for residential and commercial customers. All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon our written or verbal acceptance of your booking request.

We reserve the right to decline any job that poses safety risks to our team, involves hazardous materials, or is otherwise outside our scope of service.

2. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on the volume and type of items to be removed, as assessed by our team. All quotes are estimates provided in good faith. The final price is confirmed on-site before work begins. You are under no obligation to proceed if you disagree with the final quoted price.

• Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods.
• Prices displayed on our website are starting prices and may vary based on job size, location, and complexity.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to $50, at our discretion.

4. Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you confirm that:

• You are the owner of the property or have the legal authority to authorize removal of the items.
• All items presented for removal are legally yours to discard.
• You will disclose any known hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, biohazards, etc.) prior to service. We do not remove hazardous waste.
• You will ensure our team has safe and reasonable access to the items and work area.

5. Prohibited Items

We are unable to remove the following items:

• Hazardous materials including paint, solvents, pesticides, or chemicals
• Medical or biological waste
• Asbestos-containing materials
• Propane tanks or flammable liquids
• Any items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

6. Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to return and address any concerns at no additional charge. This does not constitute a guarantee of refund and is subject to our assessment of the reported issue.

7. Limitation of Liability

Upscale Junk Removal is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, please notify us in writing within 48 hours of service. We will work in good faith to resolve the matter.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Disposal and Recycling

We make reasonable efforts to donate, recycle, or responsibly dispose of items where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that any specific item will be donated or recycled, as this depends on the condition of the item and availability of local facilities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and design, is the property of Upscale Junk Removal and may not be reproduced without express written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Upscale Junk Removal operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
